At JustInCase, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges in case:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • You receive the wrong item or incorrect size
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Packaging images (if applicable)

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or faulty
  • The item has a major manufacturing issue

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
